This website is operated by Yiğit Büyüktuna and Eren Nalbant under the Ivmentum brand. Ivmentum does not yet have a separate legal personality.

By using the site, you acknowledge these terms. Any mandatory consumer or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected. Where legally permitted, the Turkish terms govern this convenience translation.

The site provides general information about Ivmentum's service approach and performance-marketing work. Content is not legal, financial or investment advice.

Visiting the site, completing a form or sending an email does not by itself create a client-agency relationship or service contract. Fees, scope, deliverables, confidentiality and other commercial terms are defined in a separately signed proposal or agreement.

Marketing results depend on factors including sector, offer, budget, creative work, measurement setup, platform changes and market conditions. Site examples and process descriptions do not guarantee revenue, ROAS, growth or any other specific outcome.

The scope of work and deliverables are agreed separately.

Unless stated otherwise, rights in the brand, logo, copy, original graphics, interface and other content belong to their respective rights holders. You may view the content for personal, non-commercial use.

We aim to keep the site secure and current but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. All or part of the site may be changed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or content updates.

The last-updated date changes when these terms change. Material changes should apply prospectively and be communicated appropriately.

Reasonable care is taken to keep website content current and accurate. Commercial decisions based on general information still require the visitor's own assessment.

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The competent court or authority is determined under mandatory jurisdiction rules.

If a commercial service agreement is signed, its dispute clause takes precedence for that service relationship.
